3.5 star ratinglovely hotel centrally located and very clean.I brought a present with me for a relative living in london and it was in the floor in my room and after staying the first night the cleaner lifted it and threw it out with the rubbish! I reported this to the desk and no one tried to find my belongings or keep me informed of any search!18 October 2008

4.0 star ratingA main gas pipe was damaged on December 27, 2008 in the local area which resulted in supplies being cut off from the Hotel. Especially there was a lack of hot water in the hotel for two days in a row. At the reception, hotel authorities apologised for the inconvenience caused and promised not to charge one night. In general, the hotel staff showed high professionalism despite the problems occured during our stay.02 January 2009

3.5 star rating-Flat Screen. -So much lights. -Comfortable Beds.-Cleanliness of the room service, my staff was just thrown on a side, I couldn't feel that the room was set-up only after I see the bed, they were only care about the beds nothing else. -Cleanliness of the bathroom, they were all hair on the bathroom's floor for the 5 days I have stayed, no one was cleaning it. -NoisyOMAR HASHIM22 December 2009

3.0 star ratingThe positives were that the entrance and hotel lobby were fantastic and very clean and tidy. Thr breakfast wasvlovely and good value for money.There were alot of negatives about the hotel some of the staff were quite rude and most of all the room wasnt what i would call clean or modern. We paid extra to stay in an deluxe room but i dont know what was deluxe about it. There was a very dirt kettle, a very old and dirty fridge. It was not worth paying the extra because the lady who checked in told us that she had given us a free upgrade to a deluxe room and we said no we have paid for it! So overall the main reason I wouldnt stay again was because of the dirty and outdated room. Mentioned this to staff that i was under the impression we were given a standard room instead a deluxe what we paid for and were told that it was in fact a deluxe i would of hated to seen onr of those rooms. We paid £176 for one night room only which was a rip off from the state of our room. The rest of the hotel was good but the room let the hotel downJ22 March 2013

3.5 star ratingThe staff were professional and courteous. The executive lounge was a nice place to be and in which to unwind. The bed was comfortable.I have had better rooms for 25% of the price. The in room amenities and accompaniments were basic and not at all luxury. At £280 per night executive suite I expected at least a nice bottled water and perhaps a home made or enjoyable biscuit. Not one small cheap plastic bottle each and a biscoff. Also three coffees between two is not much. I felt a bit cheated.lemk7808 July 2015
