4.5 star rating	Staff very friendly and very helpful. We arrived in London for an early appointment and the staff accommodated us with check in well before the stipuleted time. This was very helpful.	There was an excessive amount of noise outside our bedroom door every morning. On checking we discovered that the maids (who do a very good job in the rooms) were constantly opening and closing the outer doors and working with hoovers in the outer corridor. This was very pronounced each morning		04 November 2008
4.5 star rating	Very convenient quiet location High quality of decor and room facilities to typical German standards Very obliging, helpful night staff	As an English client, I would have liked a tea/coffee making facility in the room Hotel reception took a 9 pm booking for the restaurant even though it was closed. We spent a great deal of money and trouble to get back from the Royal Opera House on New Year's eve to meet this deadline. The night duty staff were very obliging and found a restaurant for us. I raised the topic with the day staff the following day and they were rude and aggressive, so I did not pursue the issue. We will not stay there again. The breakfast was of average quality for a hotel of this standard. No marmalade in an English Hotel!		04 January 2009
