2.5 star rating	Staff were plesant,although i think that may of been that i had problems on a stay once before	rooms were basic for the price and gloomy air con did not work, breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts i have had in years so baisic for the price we paid. but breakfast staff were plesant. 4.0 star rating	Great location, although a bit noisy but what can you expect right next to the Tottenham Court Road. Staff were really great. Rooms were a bit small but you expect this in a city centre hotel. Overall my marks are a bit mean but if you go with that in mind you'll be pleasantly surprised. Really comfy bed.
