2.0 star ratingBreakfast was goodArriving at the hotel, we had 2 suitcases and 2 large carry-on bags. The concierge stood and watched my wife and I struggle with the bags to open the door and get into the hotel. He made no offer to assist The room which was allocated on the first night was filthy, very bad smelling and several of the amenities, like glasses were missing. There was fungus in the bathroom which someone had tried to paint over. The shower head turned in circles when the water was turned on. The TV was positioned at 90 degrees to the bed, rendering it unwatchable from one side of the bed. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning only blew hot air (Guest Services told me to open the window, which proved too noisy for us to sleep). The phone would not connect to guest services. I took a video of the room to send to EasyJet who recommended the hotel and made my reservation Service in the bar at 2:30 in the afternoon was almost non-existent.
