4.0 star rating	Good Location, very clean with professional staff.	We were in Room 206 at the front of the hotel. Because the weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open. This in turn was noisy at night so the options were to roast or get a restless night.Neither option satisfactory. We also had continental breakfast and on two mornings, because we were at the end of the sittings, here was very little left/		10 July 2013
