4.0 star ratingVery nice and clean room. Friendly staffOrdered pizza and it was very poor. Very heavy base - too much cheese and toppings of poor quality. However my complaint was dealt with very efficiently and professionally - however I would review you pizza quality it did not match the otherwise excellent standards in the hote.16 March 2011

3.0 star ratingGood breakfast variety and accompanyng serviceRoom very dated and loud at night as hotel next door to Nightclub with lots of people hanging out on street outside. Would not recommend if you're looking for a quiet night away.19 February 2013

5.0 star ratingWe wanted a hotel with easy access to the West End and this really fitted the bill. We used the whirlpool and the steam room and had both to ourselves. Gym was pretty small but as we spent all day walking around London we didn't need any extra exercise. We were able to leave our bags securely both before check-in and after check out the day we left. Staff all very effieicent and friendly. The twin beds were right next to each other without a space which was a bit cosy for a mother/daughter combo.16 September 2013
4.5 star ratingRom med grei størrelse, romslig bad. Innbydende resepsjon, rask og god service over hele hotellet. Bra hotellbar. Sentralt hotell, men likevel i et stille område. Kort vei til "alt". Ikke gratis WiFi, koster GBP 15 pr dag. Enkelte i resepsjonen var litt gretne (de var ikke engelske).Zanta Claws24 April 2014
3.5 star ratingRoom was fine.Decor is a little tired and could use an upgrade. Room was sweltering hot (already in April) and the solution was to crack open a window, which had little effect on the temperature but greatly increased the noise.triq-D09 May 2014

4.5 star ratinggreat location..lovely room ..friendly staff.Having to pay 15 pounds a day for wifi...booking for 6 nights should have at least given us some wifi access. Would determine whether we stay here again.Anonymous 27 August 2014
1.5 star ratingI stayed in the hotel five years ago..when it was good. I booked two rooms for three days at a cost of £1200. The bathrooms were dirty with rubber bath mats stained. The pillows were uncomfortable. For the three nights our rooms were not cleaned in spite of leaving the 'please clean' sign on the door. Drinking glasses were dirty and insufficient T bags.Bed linen was dated without any coverlet. If I want to be near to Covent Garden I would book the Travel Lodge next time. Anonymous 27 August 2014
4.0 star ratingThe front desk staff were very welcoming. Even to the point where professionalism was thrown out the window in a positive way. They were genuinely interested in what we had planned in London! House staff were very respectful also but people's people.... Will definitely recommend to friends. Before I do, one more word... uber-friendly! The only negative review I would have, which is small, would be the window view. We were offered a deluxe room for an extra £30 per night. If I had seen this on booking, I probably would have went for it. ANYWAY... we had a great time and thanks to all the reception staff, house staff and the gent on the door for the hospitality and the real welcome we recieved. Anonymous 17 October 2014
An averagely good, well maintained London hotel at a London price. Paid for a 'Superior' room which looked to us like a very standard room. WiFi (either in public areas or the room) was only available at a very high charge by today's standards. I expect this to be included when I'm paying over £ 200/night.Ray Broadbridge14 October 2014
3.5 star ratingThe reception staff were welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast and service were both good. The hotel on the ouside and inside was lovely and looked clean. Our room was dissapointing. The room was dissapointing considereing the cost. The key card holder on the wall was hanging off and only worked if pushed in and fiddled with. The safelty latch on the inside of the door was broken off. The blinds didn't work (blinds too heavy for the cord) The curtains didn't pull across properly and several hooks broken or missing so were hanging down, This was quite annoying in the morning when the light shone though early and I was hoping for some sleep! There was a problem with booking before travelling. The booking hadn't been passed on from Hotelopia so they didn't have my details. I had booked a twin room as travelling with my sister. We were given a double. The recetion staff told us it would be changed while we were out. We returned late at night to find two single beds pushed together still as a double.
