4.5 star rating	We have stayed a few times in your hotel many years ago, and were very pleased with the standard of everything as well as the facelift.	The only negative was the toilet in our room which was brown, because of running water ect. I did suggest a solution in my comments about the hotel which I delivered to the receptionist upon checking out. There were not enough snacks available in your menu.		28 September 2008

4.5 star rating	ideal fÃ¼r StÃ¤dtereisende Preis-Leistung ist top fÃ¼r London (wenn man sich ein gÃ¼nstiges Angebot im Internet sucht) von der GrÃ¶Ãe des Hotels sollte man sich nich abschrecken lassen - es ist so verwinkelt, daÃ man nicht das GefÃ¼hl bekommt, in einem Hotelbunker zu sein	negativ nicht unbedingt nur Anmerkungen: Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) sind klein, aber Ã¼blich fÃ¼r London so hoch wie mÃ¶glich wohnen (5/6 Etage) und nach hinten bzw. zum Innenhof. Zur StraÃe hat man ab spÃ¤testens 7 Uhr die HauptstraÃe mit Polizei, MÃ¼llabfuhr, Bussen etc. Kann dann sehr laut werden !!!!		15 November 2010

2.5 star rating	Excellent location Good breakfast	Room extremely small and stuffy , no wonder ! There was no window so to speak.... The view once the shutters opened was on indoors scaffoldings !! We could not even see the sky!! Only 2 lifts for a huge crowd of people milling around the hall... Hugely disappointing for a 4 star hotel considering the price paid...	Lady Macbeth	07 July 2017

4.5 star rating	The hotel is clean, well presented and so central to everything in Central London. We had a show at the Savoy Theatre and just crossed the road! The rooms are lovely and quiet with total light blocking shutters that turns the room into complete darkness when you want to have a good nights sleep. An added bonus is that there is a comedy club in the basement and two nice bars in the lobby. Breakfast was nice too with a good variety of food items.
