5.0 star ratingexcellent stay. Will use again.Anonymous 30 December 2015
3.5 star ratingRoom was clean, plenty prepared for Breakfast. It was cheap, about £60 for overnight stay including breakfast in central London. The public phone was out of order, my mobile broke and I needed to call home to let my family know I got to London safely (from Scotland). The reception member of staff said I would have to give details of my credit card (because I had pre-paid my room) in order to leave a deposit for using the phone in my room. I was not prepared to do this. It meant I had to go out the street corner in an area where there had been a shooting a week earlier, to make a call in a public phone box. I had to do this at midnight. Wouldn't it be more sensible if I could have left a cash deposit so I could have used the phone in my room. Also there was only one member of staff at the reception at that time of night who was serving at the bar mostly. I had to continually wait till he was finished serving drinks before he would deal with me. Shower was very cold and couldn't get it to heat up no-matter what I did. 27 October 2008
3.5 star ratingThe staff was very friendly and very helpful.Well...the shower wasn't very clean on the inside...and that's an understatement... especially the contiguous angles of the door...28 November 2008

4.0 star ratingvery good position for sight seeingnot enough space at breakfast time03 June 2010
4.0 star ratingAn ideal room for an overnight stay, compact and comfortable. A fan was provided due to the hot weather which made it more comfortable to sleep. The en-suite had a shower which could have done with a little more cleaning on the bottom of the shower door, but apart from that was clean and the soap and shower gel dispensers were full. The service and food in the restaurant was good, as was the continental breakfast.24 July 2010
4.0 star ratingThe hotel is clean and quite well situated. It's not that close to the station, a long 10-15 minute walk, not great if you have a lot of baggage. For less money I managed to book a 4 star hotel the night before and for only £25 more I managed to book at five star hotel the week before, the difference is staggering!09 September 2010
4.5 star ratingVery good value for money in good position for London Eye and trips on the river.26 September 2010

4.0 star ratingclean room, excellent facilities in hotel, friendly Rooms facing main roads would benefit from sound-proofing as near Police station and sirens went off all night. SusieD29 November 2011
5.0 star ratingIdeally situated and good value for money. The room was of a high standard and I was particularly impressed that I had an evening meal brought up to my room at no extra cost. 18 December 2011

3.5 star ratingGood location, The matress was terrible! I'd never normally comment on the matress as this is personal preference. However, this matress was terrible! In addition the Hotel is opposite a Police station -thus multiple sirens throughout the night!MM20 February 2012

4.0 star ratingGood location, comfortable bed, pleasant room, tidy well equiped bathroom, friendly staff.Room window would not close, meaning traffic noise and cold let into the room at night. When reported for repair, maintenance closed the window, but I was then unable to open it.01 October 2012
4.5 star ratingGood central location. Near to Underground One of the two lifts was not working. It has been like this on several occasions when I have stayed.19 October 2012
3.0 star ratingThe three star rating was on par. Quite good location and quite good value for money. The entire room smelled like vinegar for the my entire stay. There was trash in the toilet bowl when I entered my room for the first time.MJ11 November 2012

4.5 star ratingVery clean and spacious room for a single person. No bath but powerful shower. Reception staff helpful and professional. I`d read some poor reviews so wasn`t expecting much but it was really nice. Lots of couples and families. I took a cab from kings cross but caught the bus back as stops right outside. Would definitely stay again.Only thing I mentioned to reception was that there's nowhere in the room or your key card to tell you breakfast and checkout times but they do tell you verbally when you check in. carol03 November 2013
2.5 star ratingLocation to buses and trains .No WiFi available for the length of our stay(4 nights), Breakfast had little variety both continental and hot. Smoking area adjacent to entry to Motel, not a nice experience if you a non smoker. Anonymous 09 June 2015
4.0 star ratingBra standard med engelska mått mätt. Nära till t-bana. Hjälpsam personal.Anonym 09 June 2015
4.5 star ratingRoom was lovely and clean. Even though on a main road windows adequately removed noise. Clean shower, great TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Couldn't fault it, worth a stay.A maid knocked on our door at 9am to see if we had left yet. We were both still asleep after a night of drinking. Hubby not very happy at all! MrsSib8730 June 2015
5.0 star ratingFriendly welcome and service by all the staff. The room while being normal Lnndon size (small) was well layout and clean.Anonymous 11 March 2017
5.0 star ratingThis is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at the Days Hotel Waterloo. We both were very satisfied with everything.Anonymous 03 March 2017
3.0 star ratingThe breakfast was good.Only one staff member at receptions was pleasant and helpful upon arrival. We were early to check in and knew we would have to wait and there was no problem with that. There was unfriendliness and lack of willingness to offer assistance or advise that we could leave our luggage in the storeroom. Two of us were placed in a mobility assistance room on the first floor. The room was hot and stuffy without a working fan. The water from the shower splashed over the bathroom door and over the floor.Anonymous 20 July 2017
4.5 star ratingGenerally clean, with adequate in-room facilities. Location is near Lambert North station. A few convenience stores, food places nearby. Prices are quite reasonable, for London. Small rooms, no bidet or handshower.Anonymous 22 May 2017
