3.5 star ratingGood location for the Victoria Line and easy access to West End by Bus and Tube. Very Very noisy from the main road next hotel and rooms facing away from the road are never available, especially when you do not book directly.... you will need Ear Plugs23 March 2011
4.0 star ratingThe hotel was very nice lots of bad coments on line but we found it very clean tidy and nice curtains and bedding . very warm in room, bed was huge ,staff were very helpful got there early in morning and our room was ready, so they said we could check in .reception staff very helpful telling us were and what times buses went, right opposite the hotel . would stay there again and def recomend to friends 19 December 2011
2.5 star ratingStaff were friendly and polite, hotel clean, bedding and towels nice and fresh parking facilities good for LondonBreakfast was appalling- like a cattle market not enough food had to ask for beans, which arrived cold, ran out of orange, toast was not cooked, no croissant thinnest cheese and ham ever.Did not even come down late - felt sorry for those who did. Needs a bit of quality. No head board for bed and smallest en suite facilities I have ever seen - I would have preferred to have known this before booking - would probably still have booked due to location but would have been prepared. The breakfast was really poor value - I would stay again but not book breakfast you can get one round the corner for a fraction of the proce which could not possibly have been worse.Vonny03 April 2012
3.5 star ratingNice modern rooms, plenty of space to put things. Clean bathroom.Thin walls and quite noisy. Disappointed that parking wasn't included in the rate, I was under the impression that it was when I booked.25 April 2012
5.0 star ratingWarm friendly welcome. Easy check in. Party of 3 rooms booked 2 doubles and a twin. The small room we were allocated was charged at the highest price and as this was a one night stay we did think it was a bit excessive at £110 Nowhere in the booking process were we offered to purchase a parking space - it was only because we had cause to ring the hotel for information that we were able to book over he phone. It does not say there are only 15 spaces for this large hotel. As it was london marathon weekend we wold have struggled to find parking had we not forward planned!!!!Marathon23 April 2013

5.0 star ratingI have stayed here many times and have always found the rooms finished to a high standard and my requests for example, lower floor and room at the rear have always be applied. The staff at anytime of the day or night are very very good. The hotel is just a short ride over the river to The Houses of Parliment, or a nice slow walk if your upto walking. I have never had brekfast there so I cant comment.NoneJeff Barlow24 September 2013
3.0 star ratingStaff were very helpfulRoom was shabby Shower was dangerous as the water didn't drain away - no cubicle and no sloping floor. The bathroom had disability access but was badly designed. The room was not worth the cost - particularly with the additional car parking cost.Tim28 October 2013
