4.0 star rating	Located in Central London and walking distance to the theatre we were going to. The reception placed just as you arrived into the hotel and they were very welcomming. The lack of en suite facilities wasn't really okay but the toilet and shower facilities were outstandingly clean and modern compared to the rest of the hotel. It has a traditional feel to it. Breakfast was good value for money.	Why this hotel hasn't been updated and decorated I have no idea. The decor was tired (for example: pipes exposed on view and painted with magnolia). The lack of en suite rooms were not ideal, especially for during the night It's a pity that the rooms let down the service this hotel provides, I hope they think about renovating soon. 3.5 star rating	Personal war freundlich, die SanitÃ¤reinrichtungen waren gut, FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck ganz ok	Zimmer muss dringend renoviert werden, der Kleiderschrank war in einem erbÃ¤rmlichen Zustand, alles in allem doch sehr abgewohnt. 1.5 star rating		Wurst hotel stay ever.... It is not a two star hotel, but one. I did not sleep at all for two days because of all noise. You feel like you are in a prison of all metallic noise of doors and showers and toilets in hall .	angry guest	07 April 2012
