1.5 star rating	Very poor, old dated decor in rooms; arrived to find microwave with missing components and a metal plate inside - had i have started it there would have been an explosion. not clear as to structure of room and on arrival was met with a difficult to construct sofa bed which converted into 2 uncomfortable single beds. Found staff struggled due to language barrier which will have led to my verbal complaints not being taken any further. Had the hotel booking confirmation stored on my blackberry but staff insisted that i printed it off - very poor service and poor quality when compared to cost. Only positive was the location of the hotel which was excellent (particularly for tube links).			29 October 2008

5.0 star rating	Brilliant central location. Lovely clean comfortable room. Hairdryer did not work in bathroom but when returned to the hotel late afternoon a hairdryer had been delivered to the room. Did not expect a dishwasher in the kitchen (didn't use it) also nice touch that there was washing up liquid, teat towels etc. Would certainly recomend this hotel to anybody visiting London for location and price of room.			24 April 2012
