| 1.0 star rating | Hotelopia had not sent booking confirmation to Hilton Bankside. Therefore, when I turned up there was no reservation and the Guest Relations Manager therefore wanted to charge us the daily rate of £180 of booking a room. I had already paid through Hotelopia, so refused. When writing to complain the Rooms Director at hilton backside confirmed "Yours is a very rare incident as Hotelopia sent your booking to an incorrect email address i.e. ending with @londonbankside.co.uk instead of our correct email format @hiltonbankside.co.uk therefore we were unable to trace your booking". However, not really much of an apology, only we followed procedure. Would avoid avoid avoid this hotel.
