This contemporary hotel is located right on the doorstep of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and very near to the financial and business districts. The hotel offers an intimate feel combined with luxury design in the heart of the city. Guests will find the West End close by, as well as other major attractions, such as the River Thames, the Tate Modern, and St Paul's Cathedral. Public transport links are within easy walking distance, allowing for easy access to the whole city.

| 3.5 star rating | Power failed in originally allocated room 256. Relocated to room 421 in early hours of morning. Discovered air conditioning was not working in room 421. Room was uncomfortably cold the following night. Offered to move room again when engineer could not remedy, however, was too much of an inconvenience to move room once again. Expect electrics/air con to work better in a 4* hotel, or at least be checked in advance of room allocation.
