2.5 star ratingWet carpet in the room by the window. Bad smell. Had to doublecheck that the window was really closed due to the noice from the street outside. Card stopped working. Drain in bathtub clogged. Hard beds and hard pilllows. Disappointed05 December 2016
4.5 star ratingGreat location for getting around if you are willing to use the tube, its a straight walk from old street so you can't get lost. Only 2 stops from Kings Cross. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and answered all our questions. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was good quality but wouldn't eat dinner there.If you have a room that is front facing them there is some noise from the road but nothing unbearableAnonymous 07 August 2017
