This comfortable hotel, renovated in 2002, is very nicely located close to the centre of London. Within a short distance guests will be able to find convenient public transport links, a number of bars, restaurants and shopping venues. This is a great place to stay if guests wish to explore the city, since it is just a 10 minute walk from the British Museum and other attractions of touristic and cultural interest. It's a 15-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras station for excellent links across the city, a direct line to London Heathrow Airport and Eurostar connections to Paris and Brussels. Guests will appreciate the extensive range of different rooms, all tastefully decorated in a contemporary style and including a host of amenities. 3.0 star rating		There was an issue with the hot water for the entire duration of our stay which was reported and not resolved. We had lukewarm/cold showers every day. The quality and selection of the continental breakfast is not that good. The full english looks a lot better.		26 May 2013

4.0 star rating		We booked the hotel for the pool, and was annoyed to discover that guests had to pay to use it! There was no information in room saying this and the reception staff had no leaflets, the best they could do was to suggest we went to pool itself to find out. 3.5 star rating	Clean rooms no problem leaving bags before checking in/ out times	Staff sometimes a bit surly. Not told on check in about facilities of hotel meal times etc. limited choice on continental breakfast. Had to pay for wifi if you needed it.	Anonymous	16 April 2014
