4.5 star ratingVery helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Able to get the room to a nice cool temperature as well. A brilliant location with plenty round about.Limited selection of food at breakfast, but a good buffet all round. TV did not work particularly well, but I never really wanted to use it.Anonymous 12 October 2015
3.0 star ratingThe rooms was cleannone of the lifts worked , the noise was terrible in the morning kept waking us up. The dining room was awful and food was not much better and it was a total shambles when trying to get food think this should be a priority to sort out.14 May 2013

5.0 star rating Although we only stayed one night we found everything to be exceptional. I have to mention that we asked at reception for directions to places, and I have to say that the gentleman (staff) was so helpful not only did he provide a map but even told us what bus to catch, where to catch it, and other options of how to get to get to our destination. I'm only sorry I didn't ask his name . None at all.Roy & Marilyn Norfolk30 May 2014

4.5 star ratingAll the staff so friendly and very helpful, nothing to much trouble. From when we arrived to leaving everything was great. Not happy that air condition facility in room but apparently not on my floor I stayed on! went to reception and Anita was brilliant and found us a fan for the room, so polite and lovely lady. Francesco was fab! helping me get a taxi in time for my course I was going to, then helping us with suitcases in storage until we left. Would definately stay at this hotel again and recomend to all my friends and family.Air condition in room not working. Our room was facing the front by main road only 2nd floor up so very noisy couldnt leave window open, middle of June crazy heat couldnt breathe or sleep. Teeny&Franny25 June 2014

2.0 star ratingNone Upon arrival the staff were very rude to us. We arrived slightly before check in so was made to sit in the dining room. Decided to get a cup of tea but no staff was at the bar, staff were very rude when I asked if anyone was serving. Upon leaving I'm sure I heard the staff talking about me, they kept staring at us a number of times. When check In was open they didn't even have the curtisy to call us over. We had been Sat there for nearly an hour. When we did go over the staff member was incredibly rude, I didn't get her name, one thing I hate is when people who don't enjoy their job take it out on customer's (even the ones who haven't even done anything wrong or was rude to them.in return) The room was terrible. Felt really old and dirty and you could hear everything going on in the hall way. Doors slamming all night, you could hear people's conversations word for word, the lift bell dinging, the cleaners in the morning. The cleaners even had the cheek to knock and wake us up well before check out time TWICE which I most definitely did not appreciate. They also kept rattling the door handles a number of times. I most definitely did not leave feeling refreshed as your adverts wrongly state. In fact we both left with massive headaches that ruined the rest of our day in London. Anonymous 02 May 2015

4.5 star ratingLarge room with comfortable bed.The shower seemed a bit dated. Not the nearest Travelodge to Kings Cross or St Pancras stations but only a 10 minute walk. Phil Travels04 September 2015
2.0 star ratingBig hotel, plenty of roomsVery dated, tired and dirty. Uncomfortable room. Shower either scalded or froze you. Breakfast food was average to say the least. Local amenities very sparse. Does not feel welcoming like previous travelodge visits, location feels abit random as alternative Travelodge less than half a mile in either directionFlorence24 September 2015
4.5 star ratingGood location, only a few minutes walk from the nearest station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Would stay here againAnonymous 30 November 2015
3.0 star ratingShort walk from Kingscross. Staff friendly, English breakfast lovely In a rough area, didn't feel safe walking back after dark, wouldn't stay here for city break, only for business, hotel suffering from damp so has a foisty smell Anonymous 26 April 2017

4.5 star ratingGreat Location, very good staff, room was basic but quiet and comfortable. Very good value for money, Good breakfastThis is a very busy hotel and is in need of a refurb. However for a short (1 or 2 night) stay it is perfectly adequateAnonymous 21 November 2016
3.5 star ratingThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to Kings X Station. Booked a room for 2, only 1 large towel was provided. Hairdryers etc can be hired but there is a charge after 30 minutes.Anonymous 03 January 2017
2.0 star ratingClose to Kings crossThe building is way too old for a hotel and without any renovation. The shower made a peculiar sound when we used the hot water. The elevator wallpaper was with huge holes and the buttons did not highlight the floor selection.Foxtrot24 October 2016
