3.5 star rating	- Friendly and professional staff	- I never got to stay in the hotel as they had double booked and I had to stay in the hotel 2 doors down (which I found out later was part of the same chain.) - Room I was allocated in the hotel was noisy and heard ever visitor buzz in and all the traffic outside. - Am disappointed as I booked a room here due to exams for work in London and I thought I was paying more to stay in a nicer hotel, rather than stay in a budget hotel. - Would never stay here again. 5.0 star rating	We were upgraded. Room was large including a small kitchen sofa tea corner and sofa and queen size bed. Breakfast is in a sister hotel next door and is rich and very high standard.	No free wifi even in lobby. 10 Gbp per day for Internet? Really?	Miki	29 April 2013
