A secret passageway connects the front of this property to Green Park, and within 5 minutes guests can walk to the Green Park underground station, Old Bond Street and Jermyn Street. Opened in 1912, parts of the establishment are almost 400 years old. After major renovation works, the hotel now offers 105 rooms, spread over 6 floors. Facilities include a traditional lounge and a fine-dining restaurant, as well as a distinctive American Bar, popular with royalty and a great spot for a light meal. The hotel is proud of its unique historical courtyard, provided with tables for outdoor dining. The elegant, traditional and quiet rooms each offer an en- suite marble bathroom and are fitted with complimentary wireless Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

| 4.5 star rating | Lovely welcome from reception staff, in particular Francine, was so helpful and polite. Excellent turn down service in the evening. The barman on duty that day and evening was most helpful, particularly in organising lunch in the bar for our family and reserving a larger area in the bar for our evening pre-dinner drinks. The Hotel is in a fantastic location. | We had a nice evening in the Lyttleton restaurant, but thought the selection of just 4 main courses was very limited. The portions were rather small, however the food was of an excellent quality. It was most fortunate that we were allowed to chose some dishes from the bar menu.
