Located close to Victoria Station, this hotel is superbly situated for both business and leisure travellers. This intimate hotel is ideally located for Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.Built in 1972 and renovated in 2002, this hotel has a total of 134 rooms spread over 2 floors. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a non-smoking area, Internet access room and laundry services on offer to guests.The well-furnished standard rooms are all equipped with air cooling systems, a TV with pay movies, tea/ coffee making facilities and wireless Internet access (for an additional fee). Some triple rooms consist of two double beds.Guests are offered a complimentary gym pass for a nearby gym.A breakfast buffet is available each morning.By car from Hyde Park Corner: take Grosvenor Place to the junction with Bressenden Place. Follow the one-way system along Bressenden Place. At the junction with Buckingham Palace Road, the hotel is on the right. An NCP car park is available nearby at an additional charge. The nearest mainline and underground station is Victoria, which lies 400 m walk away along Buckingham Palace Road.

3.0 star rating	Extremely good location to a lot of London sightseeing highlights.	(1)There seems to be an Administration problem with the hotel staff, in particular the reception staff. When I booked on line, I asked for a late check out. This was again reiterated at check in. We were, however, locked out of the room on our return after 12 noon. The receptionist on duty said "she did not know anything about a late check out and that I would be charged appropriately". A VERY SOUR END TO A GOOD STAY. An urgent need for courteous, professional staff is required. (2) Our room was showing its age, particularly the BATHROOM		25 February 2009

3.0 star rating	good location to the train/tube station. staff friendly enough rooms were a good size	rooms were out-dated rooms have there own heating system that didnt seem to be working properly, so the room was not that warm. When i checked in they couldnt find my reservation, i was told to leave all paperwork with them and they would sort it out. However, when i went to check out they tried to charge me even though i had already paid.		02 January 2010
