This attractive hotel is located on a quiet street just off the lively Leicester Square, next to the National Portrait Gallery. 4.5 star rating	When we arrived we had booked a double but found separate twin beds. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a double room straight away. There was also a fire alarm while we were getting ready to go out but everything was very professionally handled and did not take too long to get back inside the hotel. I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a fantastic location to see sights or get back to in the evening. Overall very good hotel		The Midwinters	15 December 2009

4.5 star rating	The hotel is fabulously situated for the centre of London. Ncp parking is available just round the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising the room, and the rooms themselves were very clean with crisp White sheets	Pricey, but that is what you expect in the centre of london		27 July 2010
5.0 star rating	attention of the staff was brilliant as my mother was in a wheel chair they couldnt have been more helpful. the breakfast was the best i have ever had, fresh, hot, plentiful and varied. the room was clean and quiet.	for a disabled room the bathroom lacked any consideration, no handles od loo heightener.	joneser	18 August 2010

4.0 star rating	Excellent location and very nice and helpful staff. Very close to soho and west end with all the entertainment and restaurants. Also close to several underground stations. 4.0 star rating	Staff make you welcome, central location, nice room and facilities	Had to phone reception on first day at 16.00 hours to have room cleaned. En-suite cleaned and coffee etc replenished. During the 3 days at hotel room was never hoovered and bed never made.	darollbai	24 May 2015
