4.0 star rating	The hotel was location was convienant. The staff went of their to help you. The breakfast was good and there were so many options to choose from.	The room could do with decorating and were very small. The room was not air conditioned and we could not leave the window has it would not stay open. It was very hot to say the least.		19 August 2008
4.0 star rating	Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good with lots of choice & plenty of it. Also the rooms were larger than expected, with everything we needed for a nights stay.	We ordered a wake up that was not received We were informed the wrong times for breakfast but staff still accommodated us so no problem.		09 September 2008
3.0 star rating	Staff were fantastic, hotel lobby, bar area and dining area were to a very high standard	All 3 rooms we booked were in desperate need of refurbishment and maintenance as was all the upstairs areas.		30 December 2008
4.0 star rating	Good location, clean room with adequate facilities.	One gripe - couldn't check in when I arrived and was told to come back at 2pm having left my luggage with reception. Returned about 2.30pm to find reception unmanned and after several calls, someone eventually arrived after 10 minutes. He apologised as he'd been 'having his lunch' apparently! 3.5 star rating	the location and price were good. It was clean and the bathroom was relatively modern. I liked the fact it had duvets on the bed.	the coverage at reception was sketchy. It's a primary expectation that someone will be there if you need help or assistance. The room was difficult to cool down. Although no air-conditioning is reflected in the price, In summer I would think twice about staying there. The fan provided had little effect.	Spitz3	16 August 2012
