5.0 star rating	Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very impressed with the level of service and ease. Fantastic location and great views from room. Enjoyed the cookie also!	In the evening the area can get quite busy with local bars and there is limited security at the hotel to control hotel stayers with other andom members of the public. 5.0 star rating	Staff were super, super professional. We had to wait a little bit to check in so they brought out orange juice to refresh us. Room was lovely, clean, comfy and quiet. 2 minutes to the Tower of London, Tower Hill tube, Tower Gateway DLR and Fenchurch Street station so couldn't be easier to get around.	The sky lounge is spectacular but 26 pounds for 2 brandies was sooooo expensive!	Homelovin	12 August 2014

5.0 star rating	Hotel room was good, internal view, great Apple tech equipment. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Staff were very pleasant and professional. 5.0 star rating	Had a lovely stay at the hilton. Staff were very professional, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Location was great too and the rooms were very clean. Room service was excellent too. I accidenty left some clothing and the staff have been brilliant. Everything I left has been handed in by house keeping and is currently be posted out too me. No fuss. No hassle and lovely to know they employ trustworthy staff. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and even thoigh it was suoer fussy the staff were on top of it and so organised. Myself and my parnter would most definitely stay again. The sky bar is an added bonus too.		Vicki83	23 November 2016
