4.5 star rating	Very friendly - excellent service. Fantastic breakfast.	Outside appearance possibly a little tatty because of the imporvement works going on. But really this is impossible to avoid, so only a very minor criticism.		18 December 2012
3.0 star rating	Good central location, easy to get to from Paddington station.	Room very tired and small, not particularly clean, heating didn't work, fridge didn't work, I had a non smoking room but you could smell smoke through the air conditioning vents.	Pandaa	11 February 2017
3.0 star rating	The hotel location is great 1mun walk from The station and there's loads of hotel Facilities .	I was a bit disappointed with the hotel amenities. The room has no shower gel , half bottle used conditioner and no body lotion. I called the reception to give us some room amenities. They only give me shower gel and conditioner. I have started in many Hilton but I know what I will be expected. The hotel is having refurblishment, it didn't mention when the room was booked. Staff offers free upgraded to the nearly refurblishment on the same level and I have been told that there won't no work carry out. But 9am I have staff knocked on my door and asked me when am I checking out. The hotel stayed the check out time is 12pm why knocked on every door to ask customer when we checked out. It really was a bit disappointed for the price that I paid for. Didn't think I get the value of the money. But location is great.	Anonymous	09 February 2016
