| 4.0 star rating | When asked for room change the staff said this was not a problem right away and we got upgraded to the executive room which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was good quality. Staff asked if we would like to leave our bags with them on check out which saved carrying them all around london for the day. Staff very friendly and efficient. | Radiator was broken so room was boiling hot. Made staff aware and sent someone to try and fix at midnight when should have offered room change straight away. Bathroom very cramped in standard room. No conditioner provided. Full english breakfast would have been nice to be included for the amount paid for breakfast. | 5.0 star rating | The room was small but for a single room with a double bed it was just right. The toiletries were good, slippers and a safe available in the room. The staff were really helpful, and on booking I said I was a coeliac. When I arrived they confirmed they had a selection for breakfast for me and next morning the waitress went through all the options and provided g/free toast.
