3.5 star rating	The building is wonderful - historic house owned by the Queen Mother's father. Furnishings etc are extremely fine. The location is excellent and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast plentiful.	London rooms are small, but this was RIDICULOUS. Partner had to sit on the bed just to allow me enough space to edge sideways around it. Due to the size of the room there were no facilities like an ironing board - just as well as it would not be possible to put it up. The room was prone to be hot so we slept with the window open - the only air conditioning would be from an electric fan which was in the cupboard serving as a wardrobe (which I had to sit in to put on my shoes as there was no space anywhere else!), and I cannot see where it could hope to be plugged in without overbalancing. This is only a 4* hotel due to having a concierge desk and 24 hour reception. Better described as a nice 3*	Justine	28 June 2013
