4.0 star rating	The Hotel provided good value for money and was indeed, well positioned for the local Museums and access to Earls Court Underground (also Kensington High Street). It's not easy to find a reasonably priced 3-bedded Family room in Central London, so we were pleased to find this one. All in all, a quite satisfactory experience apart from the one significant negative shown below.	Room No 10. Unfortunately, the hot / cold shower system malfunctioned during morning usage, so that it was impossible to obtain a hot water flow for more than a few seconds (it then quickly reverted to cold water). Evening usage was OK, which suggests that the morning problem might have been connected with simultaneous usage by the other Rooms.	ARNOLD	03 November 2012

3.0 star rating	location of the hotel is great, very central and close to the tube.	The double bed was 2 singles pushed together.. which were very uncomfortable and very unsuitable! when booking a double i would expect a double bed to be standard!! We paid extra for the full English breakfast which i would not recommend, not very tasty at all. the bacon was the cheapest streaky bacon and the sausages were like beef sausages i think?? quite vile!!
