4.0 star rating	It was in a very good location.	the room i booked was a double room. for a couple and what i got was a twim room with two beds which wasnt very romantic. the hotel refreshment wasnt enough and the tv channel listing wasnt enough either.	By taxi	17 February 2009

5.0 star rating	This hotel was all we expected and more. It is 2 mins away from Earls Court station, so very central to the Tube and getting around. Its is on a nice quiet street. The staff are all very helpful. The room was fine for us, we had a tv air con and tea/coffee facilities, clean towels and rooms made up every day. All round perfecto!			10 September 2013

4.5 star rating	Even though the room was quite small it was very clean, beds were comfy, not sunken and had a nice modernised clean bathroom. All of the importants things! Breakfast although slightly limited did the job and all of the food was tasty and fresh. Just round the corner from Earls Court station too so very convenient. 1.0 star rating	Room clean. About all that was positive.	Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Terrible facilities. Got stuck in the lift because it is not fit for ourpose. Should be decommissioned Old, uninvested building. Would not recommend.	DA	31 January 2017
4.0 star rating	Really good hotel, pretty much does what it needs to for the price! No issues with check in, room was clean and a decent size. Shower was clean and modern, not sure why people have rated this hotel badly because you really wouldn't find a hotel like this given the price. If you want the ritz, stay at the ritz.
