4.0 star rating	My room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very willing to help. Located in a good area and within easy walking distance of the Gloucester Tube station. The hotel is located near several grocery stores and a laundry mat. Cost of cab to Heathrow, cash only, is 40 pounds and well worth it if you are traveling early in the morning to the airport as the Gloucester Tube station is closed at night and the only public transportation available is a bus about a mile away which takes over an hour to reach Heathrow. Price for the hotel was fairly reasonable for the area.	The internet is not free for people staying in the hotel. The cost is about 10 pounds a day for internet. Process for purchasing each day was rather a hassle. I would like to see more hotels offering internet service to guests within the room price.		25 September 2008

4.0 star rating	Wir haben fÃ¼r Londoner VerhÃ¤ltnisse (selbst fÃ¼r Februar) ein hervorragendes Preis-/LeistungsverhÃ¤ltnis erwischt (DZ incl. FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck deutlich unter 100 â¬). Kensington und Chelsea gehÃ¶ren schlieÃlich ganz sicher auch zu den besseren Stadtteilen. Das Hotel in einer SeitenstraÃe der Cromwell-Road, 5 min. FuÃweg (incl. GepÃ¤ck) von der nÃ¤chsten "tube station" (Gloucester Road) entfernt hat unseren Anspruch voll erfÃ¼llt. Vergleichsweise ruhige Lage, sauberes Zimmer/Bad und ein FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck incl., mit dem mann auch als KontinentaleuropÃ¤er leben kann - die Croissants waren z.B. richtig lecker. FÃ¼r 2,50 Pfund kann man auÃerdem ein Full english (Bohnen, WÃ¼rstchen, RÃ¼hr- oder Spiegelei, Pilze, Grilltomate und eine Art KartoffelrÃ¶sti-Ecke) oder Master Continental (ScheibenkÃ¤se, Schinken, Gurken, Tomate, gekochtes Ei, FrischkÃ¤se und ein kleiner Becher Joghurt) FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck dazu ordern. LÃ¤cherlich - gemessen an sonstigen Londoner Hotel-Preisen. Das Zimmer war zwar bei unserer Ankunft vÃ¶llig Ã¼berheizt, doch ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter von der Rezi war auf meine Bitte hin sofort mit einer Zange zur Stelle, um den Wasserzulauf zum HeizkÃ¶rper zu stoppen (Thermostat-Ventil war leider nicht vorhanden). An unserem zweiten Morgen wurden Teile des FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cks-Raums zur TropfsteinhÃ¶hle, weil Wasser (woher auch immer) durch die Decke drang, aber das Personal hatte die Lage gut im Griff, Tische wurden umgestellt - fertig. Am Abend war die Sache behoben. Fazit: Ich wÃ¼rde dieses Hotel nach den gemachten Erfahrungen auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.		power-shopper	25 February 2011

3.0 star rating	Staff were very helpful and arranged to repair items quickly when asked. Location to underground good	Rooms and corridors very small, hot and stuffy. 1.0 star rating	very good location	the rooms are very small, room picture on the web is completely misleading. I booked a double room for 2 people and this room was tiny, no place to move, claustrophobic, the bathroom was tiny. I asked to move rooms, they offered me a room on the -1 below the ground floor and told me this is the deluxe room. Hotel corridors carpet looks old and dirty. The room did not feel clean. Our entire experience was dreadful, we will not return to this hotel ever . We will never recommend it to anyone.	Tami	13 July 2017
