4.0 star rating	The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean.	The breakfast was rather simple and plain (white bread only for the toast, for example - no brown or wholegrain), and the hotel was rather noisy at night since it is so near the tube station.	Etali	25 September 2011
4.0 star rating	Excellent location for Earls Court and staff were very friendly	Didn't seem very security conscious. When we went out we were asked to leave our key at reception for safe keeping. On our return we told them out room number and they just gave us the key without any checks. Likewise we left our bags with them at check out and they never made a note of how many bags we left or gave us a receipt for them. When we went to pick up our bags at the end of the day we were just able to take our bags ourselves (so we could have picked up any ones bag)	JT	03 October 2012
4.5 star rating	Very well located. Round the corner from Tube Station. Clean. Convenient. Good value for money compared to some other central London Hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental B`fast offering a good selection. Though the rooms and bathrooms are quite small it is comfortable enough.	No internet in rooms. The only internet service is in the main living room at ground floor level.		30 April 2013
3.0 star rating	Rooms where clean and in a good location easy to find with ways access to local tube, staff were polite	Room was rather small for price been charged, lifts in the hotel where out of order, toilet in room was secured to the floor and the shower had 2 setting hot and scolding which was not pleasant in the hottest day of the year	Tbibak	16 July 2013
