2.5 star rating	nothing, apart from being 2 minutes from gloucester road underground station	1. the rooms are extremely too small, cant even find a space to put my two shopping bags 2. the price is not worth it. 3. nobody cares, i came dragging my bags from the taxi and there is one lady at the reception. no staff to be seen. only one small lift 4. configuration of the hotel is unsafe in case of fire 5. supposed to have full english breakfast and was given continental breakfast. they would not listen to me despite my voucher says so. i gave up and did not take any breakfast next day.	dissapointed	11 October 2009

3.5 star rating	It's a 4 star hotel: it doesn't disappoint your expectations. Bright clean room, with a large bathroom and facilities such as iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fridge. Comfortable bed and good view. Excellent location.	The lady at reception didn't seem too professional in her looks and - although she didn't do anything wrong! - she wasn't the most friendly, customer-oriented hotel staff we've met so far...
