2.0 star ratingNice location Extremely small rooms with squeeky flooring! Couldn't move without having the idea the whole hotel woke up.02 December 2008
1.5 star ratingThe only possitive I have to say about the hotel is that it is near the center of London making it much easier to stay out.The rooms where very old and felt like cells. We could hear the people upstairs walking us if they were standing on our heads. The rug on the floor seemed like it had never been vacumed before. We had paid for full english breakfast and the first day they tolled us that we hadn't, finally they rest of they days we had the breakfast we had paid for, the full english. We had asked for one big bed and they gave us two small ones that where separated. Finally, even though they advertise the beautiful view, they gave us a room looking at the back, at the apartments across the street.20 November 2008

3.5 star ratinggreat location, free internet usage.Hotel looked great from the outside but the room that we were in was a bit shabby. windows were dirty, the curtains needed a good wash, a net curtain on the window not sure of the original colour if ot was grey it needed freshing up, however if the original colour was white its needed replacing. wallpaper coming off the walls. and the skirting boards were dirty. The shower was not up to scratch, it took ages to get an adequate showering temperature then when this was eventually achieved the temperuture would change by its self, taking a shower was not a pleasant experience. Poor pressure also.16 November 2009

2.5 star ratingThe hotel is pleasant, in a good location and was reasonable. The room was small but adequate but don't expect to much.We did not have our booking slip with us when we arrived, the attitude of the gentleman at reception was brusque and off putting. I had called the previous week to confirm our booking, it would have been useful to have been advised that this was required at that point. In general the hotel is in need of a good overhaul decorating wise. My main gripe was that there was only one pillow each, no spares at all. I did manage to find a spare blanket in a cupboard which was put back under the pillow the following day when I probably expected a spare pillow to be offered. The other thing to be aware of is there isn't a kettle in the room.Caroline White26 November 2009

4.5 star ratingFor the price, in the location, what a fantastic deal. Very clean. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Buffet style continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Check in and check out was simple and straight forward.None.Max Vectis15 December 2009
5.0 star ratingGood location, nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere. Would return to this hotel. Bathrooms were a little small and the shower head was broken. Tanzonholiday12 March 2010
4.0 star ratingAmazing location - quiet street but very close to 2 tube stations and local shops (and small market on Saturdays). Room was basic but clean with option of fresh towels every day. Friendly and helpful blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was nice. Balcony with room was great. Housekeepers left the room balcony door open one of the days we stayed. The man on reception didn't seem bothered when we told him and no apology was offered.Londonvisitor31 March 2010

4.5 star ratingBasic, but clean and great location. Ideal if you want a comfortable base close to underground stations. Pleasant value for money accommodation. Staff were happy to store luggage on checkout day whilst we went sightseeing.Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been a nice extra but we were aware these were not available.28 October 2010

1.5 star ratingNo positive reviewsThis hotel is not recommended for the cost, room was very much like a hostel. No heating, toilet didn't flush, Television didn't work. Reception were however very professional in telling that do much nicer rooms. Facilities stated on website I don't believe exist at this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED OR VALUE FOR MONEYTARA29 October 2011
