4.0 star rating	After reading reviews on some of the websites just before visiting I was very apprehensive about what we would find, however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel's location was excellent for Earl's Court (less than 5 mins walk) and nice and close to the tube and pubs/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and modern although the room was a little on the small side.			28 August 2008

1.0 star rating		I booked the hotel for my young daughter and she arrived by taxi at 9.30pm to be told that they did not have a room for her. They sent her out the street alone to walk to their 'sister' hotel which was a ten minute walk away. They should have arranged a taxi for her or accompanied her. Absolutely unacceptable to send a young girl out the streets of London at that time of night! Second hotel was substandard to the one I had booked. Not happy at all.		02 March 2013
