4.5 star rating	Staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and intuitive. For a city centre hotel the silence in the rooms was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious, bathroom was well equipped and spotless with an excellent shower. 5 min walk from Barons Court tube station and just off the hubub of Kensington High St and the A4 to Hammersmith so well positioned for access. Continental breakfast was basic fare but never pretended otherwise and perfectly adequate. You could pay more for a hotel closer to the River but why?! Very good and we will be returning. A bit of a walk into the heart of London but worth the effort even once as you pass some amazing architecture, quite a few landmark buildings like the Royal Albert Hall, the Albert Memorial, the museums, Harrods, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and you get to see how the other half really live in style! 2.0 star rating	seemed to be in a nice area. Did have a good nights sleep, bedding was clean	awfull place! arrived 10.45 at night after not eating since lunch, and was told the bar was closed for food(which we expected, but also closed for drinks)we then had to go out to find a takeaway and felt very unsafe. the toilets are shared and on using the seat was wet, looking up their was water coming through the light! very unsafe. the curtains didn't cover the window and the window didn't lock, which felt a bit unsafe. breakfast was an experience, their were 2 lots of cereal, a fresh orange machine (which was filled up with home made cordial) and toast, which came out in batches of 4 whereupon everyone dashed to get some.	strictly dancing visitors	30 October 2012
2.0 star rating	Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.	Eine absolute Zumutung. Die Kategorie "3-Sterne-Hotel" ist im europÃ¤ischen Vergleich schlicht gelogen. Toiletten und Duschen auf dem Gang, LÃ¤rm von Schulklassen bis spÃ¤t in die Nacht,den man bei so dÃ¼nnen WÃ¤nden nicht Ã¼berhÃ¶ren kann. Wasserdruck in den Nassbereichen,der allenfalls zum Waschen,aber nicht zum Duschen reicht. Zum Vergleich: Ein Hostel im Zentrum Lissabons kostet bei besserer QualitÃ¤t weniger als die HÃ¤lfte und ein Hotel 200m vom Zentrum Madrids hat bei gleichem Preis einen massiv hÃ¶heren Standard.		31 March 2013
4.5 star rating	Nyrenoverat, hÃ¶g standard, trendigt badrum. Reception dygnet runt. Bra lÃ¤ge nÃ¤ra T-bana. VÃ¤nlig och hjÃ¤lpsam personal. Mycket rent och frÃ¤scht hotell. 4.0 star rating	Fina rum och bra sÃ¤ngar. Mycket lugnt omrÃ¥de, nÃ¤ra tunnelbana och det tar inte alltfÃ¶r lÃ¥ng tid att Ã¥ka in till centrum. MataffÃ¤r och restauranger finns pÃ¥ promenad avstÃ¥nd, vill man Ã¤ta en stÃ¶rre frukost finns den en nÃ¤rliggande restaurang som serverar detta.	Kvaliteten pÃ¥ vissa inredningsdetaljer Ã¤r bristfÃ¤llig, vi fick handtaget till badrumsdÃ¶rren i handen, men det var i princip det enda som vi kan klaga pÃ¥.
