5.0 star rating	The room is beautiful, not much of a view at all of course, but from top to bottom the interior of the hotel has been well decorated and the rooms are so cozy, I didn't want to leave! As we were attending a concert at the O2 Academy only a couple of doors down, this was the perfect hotel for a quick concert getaway.	The staff were fairly good, we have had some issues with their payment system and it's still in the process of being figured out. They're not overly helpful either, you may stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help.	Anonymous	05 June 2015
5.0 star rating	A very nice hotel. Rooms were not large but looked great, with very good standard of decoration. Service was friendly and the whole hotel had a unique 'film studio' theme to it. Because of a booking mix-up (which was NOT due to the hotel) we were given a special free upgrade, which was fantastic. Thank you!		Glen	02 July 2015
5.0 star rating	Very smart and clean. Room had a king-size bed (two twin beds zipped together) even though it was only advertised as a double room. Nice big shower too. Breakfast very good, especially the walnut bread.	Not all waiters aware that decaffeinated coffee could be provided. Fresh fruit at breakfast could have had more choice. Minor quibbles really.
