4.5 star rating	easy check in and friendly staff rooms were clean	ordered a taxi from reception, but a car arrived which was unlicensed plus we were charged a fixed price of Â£12 to go to the Royal Albert hall which was a short distance away. Later on we hailed a black cab to go back to the hotel and it was only Â£5.20! This was the only fault i could make to an otherwise enjoyable stay		23 September 2008
3.0 star rating	Staff were frendly. All facilities were very clean.	Disappointed by lack of range/choice at breakfast, particularly a healthy choice. would have preferred to see some fruit and a choice of bread product other than white sliced.		27 October 2008
4.5 star rating	staffs were friendly and nice, also the room was very clean! so i can confortably stay the hotel.	I think the hotel have more Twin rooms. I stayed at the Double room, and my friend and I were small, so it was enough that we could share the double bed; but either of us might sleep on the floor if we were big people.		18 November 2008
