| 3.5 star rating | The location of the hotel was excellent. So easy from Pasddington Station and just dropped off luggage and stored on the day of departure. The room and facilities were very good. | Check in - this was delayed and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the room to be available, so did not check in until 3:40pm. Steam Bar - absolutely outraged that there seems to be a business run by pimps and prostitutes out of this bar. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone with family or without an open mind. | 4.5 star rating | Front desk staff very helpful - changed our room for a bigger one on our request as it was a birthday celebration weekend.. Room was spotlessly clean, good sized bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast. Woul d stay here again and recommend. | Dining room bit small for amount of guests at breakfast. Food at breakfast was 'warm' as opposed to 'hot'.
