Located in the heart of bustling Bayswater, this hotel consists of three converted Victorian houses. The average sized bedrooms are all en-suite, they have a TV, radio, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. The public areas consist of two lounges where the guests can enjoy snacks and have a relaxing drink after visiting the numerous attractions close to the hotel. Please note the hotel is completely non-smoking.

2.0 star ratingBed was comfy. Breakfast was good in air conditioned area Wasn't hotel we booked. The toilet was soiled chewing gum and hair in the shower. Asked reception for extra pillow they never arrived. Rubbish in bin don't even think room had been cleaned. I know it's London and you get what u pay for but I've had much better. Gaz25 July 2013

And i am thankful for having booking.com as a partner. Restaurant was ok not the greatest but good to have that option when you don´t want to go out for dinner.David05 December 2013

2.0 star ratingEtt "lån" på 10 pund för eventuella rumsskador känns idiotiskt men hör enligt receptionisten till hotellets policy. Lånet skall enligt uppgift återbetalas efter 3 dagar. Om kunden inte har kontokort är avgiften/lånet 50 pund. Man frågar sig hur bevisföringen vid eventuella skador juridiskt kan påvisas. Policyn verkar skum och ofattbar.Anonym 17 April 2014
2.0 star ratingMycket bra läge.Vill kalla hotellets egen beskrivning för medvetet falsk o vilseledande. Foton av rum matsal lobby osv stämmer ej, Finns vare sig a la carte restaurang eller bar, frukostrummet är ett helt annat än fotot. lobbyn likaså, satt upp en vägg? fanns baren där bakomförut? Rummen små. golvet lutar, handfatet sprucket, golvklinkers likaså.Kan fortsätta i oändlighet,,,, fruktansvärt äckliga heltäckningsmattor! detta är verkligen inte ett 3-stjärnigt hotell!! Knappt 1- stjärnigt. Att bli tvingad deponera 10 pund för ev skadegörelse av rummet!!??Robert10 August 2014
