| 1.5 star rating | Location close to Paddington Station | Staff very unhelpful, on arrival were where ignored by receptionist who continued chatting to a male in a foreign language. We had to wait until another member of staff came into reception to be attended to. The room was very small and very noisy from the adjacent breakfast room and TV room directly above the room. In addition, we had to suffer the noise of the lift moving up and down and the underground trains passing by below.
