4.5 star ratingVery comfortable and clean and friendly helpful staffDisappointed that there was no bar or restaurant facilities as advertised on the internet. There was no notice to say that they would be closed when I booked. The pictures of an impressive bar and restaurant was a big part of my decision and the fact that they were no available chould have been communicated.11 February 2009

5.0 star ratingThe hotel is well situated and very well managed. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comforatable. Food in the hotel not overpriced and well prepared. Would stay here again when visiting the beautiful city of prague.The casino attached to the hotel was dingy and had a poor chocce of games in realtion to others in the area. DR west yorks18 July 2009

Bed and pillows really comfortable,linen changed every day. 5.0 star ratingFrom the moment we arrived we were treated very well and the staff always friendly. We were offered our room early, which was as good as we had hoped. Martin was particularly helpful, and wasn't bothered by being bothered by us at anytime. Jan who showed us around the bunker was very informative.The COMO restaurant with its outside terrace is a massive bonus to the hotel and the staff particularly Alena and Dominika who took care of us during our stay. The food was always excellent too. The location of the hotel was good and very easy to get to anywhere in the city form there.Location deemed to some night time noise, but this was expected. As the hotel is old you expect to hear noises i.e. other's loo flushing/shower on but mostly when you are already up in the morning.Anonymous 31 May 2016
