Hotel Information

This hotel is situated near the commercial and cultural centre of the city. A range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops as well as links to the public transport network, may all be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Prague Airport is around 20 kms away. This city hotel, renovated in 2005, provides guests with complete business service as well as cultural and other programmes. Those arriving by car may make use of the secure hotel car park. The hotel consists of a total of 55 rooms spread over 5 floors. All rooms are fitted with an en-suite bathroom, Internet access and all modern amenities. The hotel complex features a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a gym. The nearest golf course is around a 5-minute drive away. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet. Vending machine corner is available for small snaks and drinks 24 hours.

5.0 star ratingstayed here for 4nights, it is a lovely hotel with a lovely gym and sauna for the guests to use. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visting the city. i stayed in one of the rooms at the back and there seemded to a delivery of goods around 7am that can be a bit loud.08 November 2008

My partner and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and were pleased that we were allowed to use it for as long as we wanted.The jacuzzi could have done with a bit more bubbles. Sadly the waitress in restaurant/ breakfast area was dressed poorly with a Mickey Mouse tee-shirt and jean and I personally felt this let them down a little. 4.5 star ratingGreat hotel; well located and generally clean and well presented. Front desk staff excellent and always greeting nicely. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected; free use of safe and wi-fi. No real complaints just the odd tweak as below would push to 5 for all.Breakfast is limited to continental style; Toaster is a bummer! We have to wait. Would be nice if kitchen staff were ALL in uniform rather than casual tee shirt as this is otherwise a 4 star hotel. Guests have to pay for use of leisure facilities. It's my opinion that should be free for guests staying there. This was our second visit there and again booked in March for a further stay.Pujara family 20 November 2013

3.0 star ratingBlisko centrum (rynek - 10 minut spacerem), spokojna okolica. Szybka obsługa podczas śniadań.Jak na 4 gwiazdki to hotel bardzo słaby, przeciętny. Brak klimatyzacji, kaloryfer nie dał się w ogóle wyregulować i było gorąco. Zamówiliśmy duże łóżko małżeńskie, a dostaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami, które były obok siebie. Gdy zapytałem o materac by połączyć łóżka - usłyszałem, że w hotelu nie ma w ogóle materacy do łączenia łóżek. Brak szlafroków, co powinno być standardem w 4**** hotelu. Podczas naszego pobytu poznaliśmy 3 recepcjonistów i tylko jeden był miły, uczynny, pomocny. Dwóch było niestety bardzo nie miłych, nie słyszałem dzień dobry, do widzenia. Kuba17 January 2015

3.0 star ratingOprócz przyjaznego i uprzejmego personelu jako plus należy uznać położenie hotelu blisko centrum. Plusem jest również czystość hotelu.W mojej ocenie hotel w żaden sposób nie odpowiada klasyfikacji 4*. Oceniłbym go raczej na poziomie +2*. Rezerwowałem pokój dla 3 osób dorosłych i miały być w nim 3 normalne łóżka. Nie było. Dostawka raczej nie do użycia, mała i niewygodna. Uszkodzone gniazdka elektryczne, oberwane listwy przy drzwiach wejściowych, uszkodzona słuchawka prysznica i przechodzone ręczniki, oberwane i dziurawe. Grzegorz07 May 2015

5.0 star ratingThis was our hotel in Prague. 2 nights in November. Nothing fancy but very, very central & walking distance to everything, also very cheap. (£58 for 2 nights b&b). Really good heating, it was 1 degree outside. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, hot & cold, gorgeous doughnuts! Reception manned 24 hours plus a bellboy always at the door. Vending machines in reception for hot & cold drinks & snacks, the hotel is really close to loads of bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs & shops. Highly recommended. There is no bar.MandyB19 November 2016
5.0 star ratingThe gratis coffee -tea machine is now replaced with an expensive vendomat. A retrograde step. For English people some marmalade which is orange peel jam would be a very good idea.
