4.5 star ratingNice breakfast, clean room, hotel close to center. Friendly and helpful day receptionists.We had a very bad experience coming back to the hotel in the evening. We were told, the hotel locks the door at midnight but there is always somebody to let you in - night receptionist. We came from town at around 23,15 and the door was locked so we rung the bell. Unfortunatelly noone opened the door. I have to say it was quite a cold night. So we kept ringing the bell and knocking on the window for about half an hour when somebody finaly came. This person was so drunk he couldnt talk properly and the night receptionist just stood there looking. We were very disapointed that he didnt even apologize to us. Also we found the rooms a bit dard, there was not enough light in the evening if you wanted to read a book. Our room was right next to the reception so it was a bit noisy. 17 November 2008
