5.0 star ratingWar ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt. Nur parken ein bisschen teuer aber ansonsten alles Top! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 10 min und zum größten Einkaufscenter Palladium nur 5 Minuten. 11 April 2012
5.0 star ratingSuper Lage (S-Bahn, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt, gute Lokale...), super nettes Personal, Einrichtung neu und sauber, zimmereigener Safe... Wir sind durchweg positiv gestimmt und würden jederzeit wieder das gleiche Hotel buchen.Bewachtes Parken ist in ganz Prag teuer. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Tiefgaragenparkplatz unter dem Hotel, erreichbar über einen Autolift (!). Kosten 22 Euro pro Tag!Geka07 June 2012
5.0 star ratingGood location. Very clean. Staff great apart from one member of bar staff. Very comfy bed. Good prices for food and drinks.On our last night there were three groups of us drinking after our meal. The bar man was moody with us all when we kept ordering drinks after midnight. He even switched off the coffee machine. There were about thirty guests still up but he shut the bar. pink lady10 October 2012

2.0 star ratingyour staff at the reception are very nice and also the staff at the restaurant.They had smile all the time and extremely helpful.You must thank them as they kept some positivity towards your hotel.a lot of negative comments about your hotel.My first time in prague and i must say am quite disappointed.Firstly i wanted a double bed but i was given a joined bed and i couldnt sleep which was i dont agree to.Then i lost my shirt when the room was cleaned.When i complained to the staff at the reception they said they couldnt find it which was obvious.This is something i will be writing on social media too to make people aware.Also when i looked at my bank account you have charged me more than what i was supposed and there was no explanation or response to my emails.Mu suggestion to all please think twice before you book this hotel and definitely keep your belongings safely as you cannot trust the housekeeping staff.Anonymous 31 January 2015
4.0 star ratingNice Hotel in a good location 15 min on foot to the center city 2 to 4 min by tram or subway, public transportations connections outside the Hotel ,good services & breakfast ,quiet neighborhood around.If travelling by car check the parking values of the Hotel they charge for a day almost half the price of the rental room per night. Outside the Hotel only with parking tickets around (very few places ) during the day-time and only at nights and weekends were freeSector1gr16 January 2017
