4.0 star ratingVery tastefully refurbished to a high standard and our room was very quiet and cleaned to a very high standard.It is not quite a 5 star hotel. The reception, bar and lounge areas are small and continually smell of smoke. The room whilst immaculate is quite small as is the bathroom. Perhaps my biggest criticism is the dining area, why does a 5 star hotel not have separate eating facilities not alongside the general public who come into the Cafe area off the street. The food at breakfast was moderate, had to wait over 10 minutes before anyone came to cook eggs, despite two requests.01 December 2008
