4.5 star ratingExcellant hotel very clean, staff friendly but professional and extremely well located near the 'Old Square'. Would definately stay there again and recommended it to all. Very slight negative would have prefered a 'kettle' in room instead of 'fancy coffee machine' but hey ho! Also a 'lounge/bar' area would be beneficial, however, I believe this is being rectified this 'summer'.05 February 2009

5.0 star ratingWe had room 309 which was a beautiful room and had a nice view of the cobbled street. The huge bed was very comfortable, we wish we could have taken it home with us. The complimentary Loccitaine products in the bathroom were a very nice touch. The lounge area on our floor was lovely and the sound of piped light classical music made it a nice place to relax.There was absolutely nothing I could say against this hotel, it was fabulous.Hotel Savic14 April 2009

5.0 star ratingA beautiful, well placed hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was extremely spacious and very well equipped; breakfasts were plentiful and had a good choice of food. We enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant most evenings (20% discount for guests) and found the food to be tasty and reasonably priced. 5.0 star ratingPerfect situation just around corner from Old Town square. Room was lovely, large and very nice decor. Bathroom was also large with plenty of space for toiletries. good size bath and excellent shower. Few extra pluses were coffee maker in room and i pod speaker deck. I went for a weekend trip with my father and we were very happy at the hotel with the entire service, And the breakfast was amazing much more than we had hoped for. 5.0 star ratingThe Hotel was well situated, staff were very pleasant, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. If the didn't know the answer they found it for you. Only meals we had in hotel were breakfast which consisted of a very wide choice of foods, some cooked to your preference. We had a standard double which was great with massive bed and well equiped bedroom and bathroom with great Power Shower. 4.5 star ratingThere was some problem with the lights of our room, after complaining with the manager, he told us that all the rooms int the hotel are fully booked, so he arranged us to another hotel nearby.
