5.0 star ratingvery elegant 17th century theme all staff very helpful and freindly.room was large and clean.massive super sized bed.excellant breakfast buffet service.excellant restaraunt serving fine food.reception will do anything for their guests from booking taxis advising on travel and sightseeing and even if you forget something like a toothbrush,razor toiletries ect the hotel provide these things free of charge .....we cant wait to go backprobably the nicest hotel I have stayed innone20 August 2008

5.0 star ratingSehr schönes Hotel, super gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen,auch der Pianospieler war einfach nur klasse! Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen...Die Tschechen an sich sind wohl nicht gerade sehr freundlich. Das Personal des Hotels bietet da leider keine Ausnahme. Aber wie gesagt: das haben wir in ganz Prag so empfunden...23 November 2012
4.0 star ratingThe location of the hotel is great. The best thing of the hotel for us was the gentleman playing the piano in the morning for breakfast. He plays great, very tastefull, very varieted and a great original start of the day.Fantastic! The restaurant room is great for that, very historical, and very good selection for breakfast.Personnel professional. Hotel has all the basic stuff expected in a 4 star hotel but is nothing special (apart from the decoration of the breakfast room).Bathroom is very small and unfortunatly with sewage smell.
