3.0 star ratingthe staff were very helpful and professional.This is the first hotel that I have been to that charges for using the safe and the tea and coffee facilities.03 September 2008
2.5 star ratingClose to the town centre and all attractions.The staff have got to be more willing to welcome the guests in a nice . They must come accross as if they want you to be there and not as if they are not bothered by the questions that you may have.03 November 2008
