4.0 star ratingGood location friendly staffThe Attic room which we were allotted had recently been refurbished. The room itself was ok but there was a lack of sound insulation between the rooms, you could hear every sound from adjacent rooms. On investigation, I am a carpenter, there was no proper partition between the rooms, just one sheet of plasterboard. Don't know if all the rooms are the same I would recomend not using the top floor. We arrived Xmas Eve the hotel was full but we could not get an evening meal in the restaurants as both had been booked for private funtions. No problem getting a meal along the road. 30 December 2008
4.5 star ratingVery clean, business-like and well-located. Room had everything we needed. Quiet and pleasant environment. Excellent service. Good breakfast.Room too hot despite aircon, bathroom items not replenished daily, and shower leaked unless you wedged a towel under the barrier. Sauna/whirlpool expensive and had to book. 19 March 2009

5.0 star ratingAt all times the staff were extremely helpful regardless of time of day or night giving us tips and advice on locations and travel. We only had breakfast there but on all days it was well cooked, well presented and regularly replenished. The room, although small, was spotless, cleaned daily and contained everything we required. We had a brilliant time in Prague of which the hotel more than played its part and for that we were impressed and grateful. None whatsoever.11 April 2013
