4.0 star ratingThe Botel was generally clean although the bathroom wasn't immaculate. The room was always nice and warm and we where given fresh towels everyday. It was a great central location. The breakfast was nice and it was great to have somewhere to keep your luggage until departure.The interior is seriously dated in the bedrooms. The bathroom needed a whole lot of bleach and had we been overweight the shower could have been a struggle.10 December 2008

4.0 star ratingexcellent value/had character/very relaxed/very good location.one of the check in staff was very grumpy - all other staff were o.k. the room i was in was o.k. and pleasantly old fashioned however it could do with refurbishing but without loosing it's character. the bracket for the shower was a bit old and tired - i had several fights with it to get it to work - i lost most of the time!!franz18 February 2009

Insgesamt: Wir waren für den Preis zufrieden und kämen gern wieder - nur dann frühstücken wir auswärts - siehe Negatives.Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr überschaubar und selbst für eine Jugendherberge zu schlecht.15 February 2011

Warm rooms and clean towels provided daily.Room was very basic (tv did not work and no hairdryer), however this did not bother me personally. The staff weren't overly friendly as other posts mention but they weren't rude. The breakfast is very basic but definitely not bad for the price paid.Betty13 January 2012
4.0 star ratingSehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist von Marmelade und Müsli bis hin zu Wurst und Käse alles vorhanden. Man bekommt direkt vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz, zahlt aber ca. 4 Euro pro Tag (nicht überwachter Parkplatz). Lage ist sehr schön, nicht weit zur Straßenbahn und die Anlegestelle für die Schiffe zu einer kleinen Rundahrt liegen auch direkt neben dem Hotel. Hotelzimmer sind mittlerweile schon älter, das merkt man vor allem im sehr kleinen Badezimmer. Von den Fliesen bröckelt die Farbe ab. Die Duschwanne blättert auch ab. Kein Fön vorhanden! Die meisten Lichter in den Zimmern funktionieren nicht mehr und der Kühlschrank (wenig appetitlich) surrt nervig laut(einfach Stecker ziehen). Für 3 Übernachtungen und das Geld war das Hotel absolut i.O. und drei Sterne im Ausland sind halt nicht dasselbe, wie drei Sterne hier. Wer keine großen Ansprüche stellt und eine billige Unterkunft braucht, für den ist dieses Hotel das richtige. Neph21 April 2012
