3.5 star ratingThe reception Lusie is very helpful, she gave me the little paper direction to go to the zoo, Prague castle. I think it's very handy! The room is clean , breakfast is good. The hotel location is close to the city centre and central train station. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room! My room was very noisy,because the tram drive past constantly , like every 5 minutes, we can barely sleep, there is no extra pillow offered by the reception desk! Nikki08 November 2011
