4.0 star ratingBreakfast was good. checkout was 12pmGot a free room downgrade. i booked a family room, when i got there the girl on reception gave us a standard double room in stead. it was only for one night so i wasn't going to complain about it. if she had asked, i would have swapped without any hesitation, just annoyed that she did it without asking.Garry22 July 2014
2.0 star ratingYou had to ask for a hair dryer which didn't know until got out the shower and was looking for it. The shower could of been updated in the refurbishment last year. It was small and still a curtain and flooded the room it was in. The breakfast was sold as Scottish but was just a standard help yourself with little choice. Anonymous 16 September 2014
